I have a box of Jell-O pudding in my pantry and I normally don't eat pudding so I was wondering: Are there any recipes for desserts using chocolate pudding? Thanks!

Pudding Poke Cake

1 box cake mix - any flavor (recommend white)
2 boxes pudding - any kind (recommend chocolate)
1 cup powdered sugar
4 cups cold milk

make cake as instructed on box and let cool

mix pudding and powdered sugar - add milk and meat 1 minute (no longer)

poke holes in cake (a little wider than a pencil - I use the handle of a table knife)

pour 1/2 of the pudding mix into holes

let pudding mix cool in fridge for about 10 minutes and than pour it over the entire cake

chill and serve

(this can be done with a lot of different flavor combos so mix it up and experiment - and enjoy)

6 tablespoon(s) plus cup sugar
1/4 cup(s) cornstarch
4 cup(s) half-and-half

2. In a large bowl, thoroughly whisk together the eggs and egg yolks.
3. In a heavy medium saucepan, stir together the remaining cup sugar, the remaining 2 cups half-and-half, and the salt. Set over medium heat and bring just to a simmer. Whisk in the cocoa mixture. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Lower the heat and cook, whisking constantly, until very thick, about 3 minutes.
4. Gradually whisk the hot cocoa mixture into the beaten eggs, whisking constantly to ensure that the eggs dont curdle. Return this mixture to the pan and set over low heat. Cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture just reaches an obvious boil.
5. Remove from the heat and immediately add the chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth. Stir in the vanilla.
6. Divide the pudding while warm among 8 cup or ramekins or spoon into a single, medium-size serving bowl. Cool to room temperature, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold, at least 4 hours. (Pudding can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.)

Chocolate Strawberry Trifle

You can use vanilla or lemon pudding instead of chocolate in this recipe for a different taste sensation.

INGREDIENTS:
18 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
6 serving size chocolate pudding mix (NOT instant)
3 cups milk
4 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and cake begins to come away from sides of pan. Cool completely.
In heavy saucepan combine pudding mix and milk and stir with wire whisk until combined. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
