if you can't find the designer, then take the picture to a dressmaker and see if they can make it for you.

The first suggestion was excellent. May I add that if you consider sending a picture of the dress I will try to help you track down the info? I've been online for 2 weeks doing nothing (well, almost nothing) but wedding stuff.

see if you can post the picture of the dress on here and maybe someone can help u. Or take it to a Wedding Dress Store and they might be able to tell or show you something similar that you want more.

Take the picture to a designer and have them make it for you. That's my only suggestion.

get a seamstress to make it along the design in the picture and she can also alter it a little to fit your personality or wedding theme/colors w/ a few extra accessories etc. CONGRATS!

Visit this site http://advancedvideo.50webs.com/ and browse their resources pages. They have tons of wedding dress links in the U.S. and Abroad, and maybe one of them can tell you what dress you are looking at and where to get it.
