The first thing you should do is keep all sweets out of your house. That at least forces you to make an effort to go get them when you crave them.

Secondly, I believe that you need to substitute other (complex) carbs, such as whole grain products, to replace the sweets. For example, eat a whole grain sugar-less cereal and add Splenda to give it a sweet flavor.

Thirdly, don't allow yourself to get extremely hungry during the day. Eat small snacks throughout the day instead of 2 or 3 large meals. That should help keep your blood sugar at a more steady level rather than have it go up and down.

Good Luck!

Try drinking some water. The only way I find I can curb my cravings is by keeping busy. Otherwise I pig out on what I am craving. I keep eating until I find what I was looking for, usually still feeling unsatisfied.

I eat lemons or salty nuts. The sour or salty taste is one of the 4 tastes on the tongue. stay away from the sugar and replace it with sour or salt

You can't deprive your sweet tooth so rewarding yourself at the end of the week if you've been good

see if that will help
GOOD LUCK
