i am due to fly on the 16th and my citizen card has not arrived yet and i dont have any other photo id

You can get a state issued ID card. It looks similar to a Driver's License but is just a regulat ID card. It is legal form of ID. YOu can go to your local DMV. Good Luck

What country are you in? That card is issued for your protection. If you travel without it, you risk being jailed or held for questioning & identification. Postpone your trip until you get your card or face the music!

If you're a citizen you can visit the passport office in person and do it throughout a day. I did that once in the u.k. and arranged a meeting. You just need Social security number (or national insurance number.) plus any relevant documents proving the country of your birth.

If you are foreign then please visit the embassy relating to that specific nationality.

No, you would need to go to the secretary of state and file for one otherwise you will not beable to fly or leave the country.

Go to the Local Drivers license facility they have id service too. They can make you one and you can leave with it.

My daughters and that i these days had our pictures taken for our passport renewals. The photographer particularly suggested that shall we no longer smile. He suggested Dept of State calls for non-smiling photos.
