What are you talking about? Some of the inhabitants are still crawling out of the sea. My girlfriend is from Sunderland and she knew a girl at school who was beaten up for wearing a hat!

Aye lad after a few brown ales, me wardrobe meks a reight nice urinal, our watter only runs out o me leaky tin bath and I reight enjoy watching the rentman collect is money wi't aid of a motorcar battery, jump leads and a bucket o cold watter. T'old lad ower t street found it reight electryfying last week. Found is rent book reight sharpish like. had to pay an extra tuppence an all for't use o battery lectricity.
Oh and we have computers too.
