I THINK THIS IS WHAT SHE MEANS:
A guy asked her out and she said no, because he's only kidding. The guy said 'yeah, I'm kidding, but if i wasn't, what would you say. She replied "i would say no". Then later on, he told her he love her and asked her to go out with him again. She fell on the floor and ran away. The truth is, she would've said yes, if he wasn't kidding. AND THE QUESTION IS.... IS HE ONLY PLAYING?

my answer: ask him if he really is kidding or not. if not, then go for it. if he says yes, he's kidding, then forget about it. at least you're still friends.. =D

No hes not kidding. You need to go out with him. I made the same mistake. Dont let him go.
