Technically, Mango Nectar does not contain HFCS. Meaning that if you buy a mango and extract the nectar, it will not contain HFCS. However, many of the mass market "nectars" contain loads of HFCS. Read the ingredient labels if you are ever in doubt.

Ingredients are as follows for Kern's Mango Nectar:

Ingredients: water, high fructose corn syrup, mango puree concentrate,citric acid, vitamin c (ascorbic acid)

190 Calories for a 10 oz serving
45 grams of Carbohydrates.

Compare this to an 8 oz Pepsi that has
100 Calories
27 g of Carbohydrates.

If you're referring to Kern's Mango Nectar, then Yes it does contain high fructose corn syrup. Also, it only contains 20% juice.

For other products, you can find that information on the nutritional label.

No natural nectar from nature contains high fructose corn syrup. Its a an additive that drink/food makers use to add sweetness to their products.

Not the mango nectar in itself. But if it is a processed soft drink or juice, it may be an ingredient. So check the label.

Read the labels......if it says 100% juice then "no". Just read the labels.
