Do you have an example of a speech or report that you cannot comprehend?

I am writing a paper on how written speeches are increasingly becoming more difficult to understand. A lot of times it seems that you have to re-read them, just like a text-book. Does anybody have a link to a website that has a speech or something similar that seems to be full of meaningless words or just difficult to understand?

go to www.americanrhetoric.com, there are good speeches as well as long boring ones. Try some of the speeches from George Bush, Henry Kissinger, ect. They are good, but you need to really understand them.
