I think the only singing that really happens (at least in the script) is the fairies singing Titania to sleep and Bottom singing some horrid song when he's got his donkey head on.

This summer the Dallas Shakespeare in the park did A Midsummers Night Dream, THE MUSICAL! It was so much fun! Puck was dressed as Alice Cooper and all the characters had great songs and outfits.

Not usually. But there have certainly been productions that have incorporated music -- I heard one that made a song of the botched endearments in the play-within-a-play: Those lily lips, that ruby nose, etc.

At the end of the play when the townsmen ask if Theseus wants a song he says no.
