By 15 months a child should have from 6 to 8 teeth. Talk to a dentist about it.

Usually babies get their 1st tooth on the bottom at 4-5 months old. Maybe your baby is a late bloomer and will get them soon. Try taking her in to the detnal office for children and have them check. She should have some teeth now because they eat food by now.

She should have already teeth in.
Go to the dentist he can tell you if your baby is just lucky or if its something else.
