We only met 3 times and then I got scared and then my life was a mess, so I didn't make efforts to see him
that was ages ago (months), but I still think a lot about him because I have photos, do you think he'll think about me from time to time

i know i think about those i don't see anymore regardless of how it ended feelings never go away.
why not give him a call, just to say hello, maybe he'll want to see u again, maybe u meant to be together?

That was the mature thing to do.. yes, he probably does think of you from time to time. Make contact with him. If he is still available, go for it. It's not just the photos that make you think of him.

I would not think about you. If you made the play to remove yourself fom my sight I would let you have your space.
If you want him to think about you but you don't want to 'date' him then I think you have an ego problem.
