I could recommend you GLISS total repair shampoo and conditioner for dry, damaged hair by Schwarzkopf. I had similar problem. After using the above my hair improved very quickly. I also use HOT OIL by VO5. It helpes as well. Try also rinse your hair in aloe vera or leave it for a few minutes on your hair for better results.
My experience.

The best product there is no kidding is the line of Fructis by Garnier it has the Hydra-liss or Oil repair line, shampoo, conditioner, after shower leave-in conditioner.........after you use it these three products and you blow dry it or just leave it to dry you´ll notice the difference right away; it will feel smoother and silkier.

Aveda products are the best, also go to a salon and buy Kerastase Deep conditioning hair mask it is about £13 but it is amazing. L'Oreal make it.

Tresemme Hair Mask.
Brush it through damp hair.
Chill for a bit ( crack open a beer)
Wash it out
I have very dry hair and it works a treat.
Not too pricey - just under a fiver in some places.
sorted. x

If you can find a salon that sells them and you're willing to pay quite a bit Alterna has probably the best luxury haircare range on the planet!!

My hair is a bit dry from having my hair permed. I always use herbal essences. It does the trick.

id say redken or kerestase. they are both really good. the masque intense is very good from kerestase.
also - try the spotlight detangler from john frieda blonde - when you have washed your hair - towel dry and rub it through before you blow dry. it brings out blonde highlights (even if you dont have any) and it makes your hair sleeker and smoother...... i use it everytime... its one of my beauty must haves.

Some products that I have used before are listed:
Nexxus
Burt's Bees
Matrix
Biosilk
Alagio
Personally, Burt's bees is better because it is 99.99 percent natural. No unneeded chemicals or colorings. Hope this helped. :)

I use herbal essenses rosehip shampoo and conditioner for dry/damaged hair. my hair is coloured and permed and naturally frizzy. it works wonders on mine. i also use frizz ease serum but i'm not sure that is necessarily what you need.
