i am actualy looking for a piece of software that will play them on you computer not burn them

.bin is usually a suffix meaning 'binary' and could be used by a host of applications, or even as a stand alone application (ie, you run program.bin directly). Without knowing specifically what the data file contains, it is going to be hard to help you out further.

Some files allow you to change the bit at the end, so in the save box type the film name then add .mp3 or .wma... this works for me most of the time
