I caught a girl flirting with me, and I called her out on it. She said she did not mean to, and we have been friends for years. I started to grow feelings, but now, she is even more secretive and openly flirty - playing footsies, touching me more, and glancing a lot at me. I kinda like her, but I consider her a good friend. I do not really want a relationship, but I am tempted. What should I do?

Providing your not married or involved with a woman....Flirting is ok among friends too.
Unfortunately, some types of flirting can be tempting to go further.
So, only respond to the ones you feel you are comfortable with and respond with a smile, and ignore other's that make you feel uncomfortable, by ignoring that it did not happen. She will eventually catch on to what you except and don't except.

There has to reason that temptation is there, reevaluate the situation, what would happen if your friendship turned into something more? you know most successful relationships you start out as friends. Have fun with it, things like this only happen a few time in your life

Play it cool
because if youre not completely into her upon pursuing this, youre most likely going to lose a friendship.

first decide if you do or you do not want a relationship. If you do then go for it, and if you do not then you need to make this known to her. It is so obvious what she has in mind, she is just waiting on you to make a move. God bless

If you don't want to ruin a friendship, and this outweighs your attraction to her, then you have to start thinking of her as a "buddy" and not in the other way.

If she is your friend you need to be honest and ask her to stop because you aren't interested in more than a friendship.

this ones tuff, you can either try the dating thing and possibly ruin your friendship, or you could not date, stay friends, and possibly ruin your friendship from not being able to date her because you don't want to ruin your friendship.
