Does you 6 year old like to watch "That's So Raven" on the Disney channel? The character of Raven says that all the time. It is nothing bad, just a fancy way of saying "Oh No".

PS to Alana - Sweetie, I live in the deep south and we do not say "Snap" here, unless you live here, don't assume how we talk, okay!!!

How cute! Way to go on having a six year old repeat the word "Snap!" instead of "Sh*t" or another bad word. Snap basically means the same thing if you were to say "aw, man" or "darn".

Snap is just a word that teenagers say instead of using profanity. Don't get mad at your 6 year old because it is not a bad word.

All the kids say that now. It's just like saying darn only it sounds a little nicer. She probably got it from TV. The kids on the Disney show Raven say it all the time.
