Sunshine, your questions so far are about your weight---which is obviously fine.

My opinion, and anyone Else's for that matter should be meaningless to you as it is your health and your body.

Why are you asking this? Are you in need of positive re-enforcement? Is this issue something that you feel is defining your life?

I wouldn't care is you weighed 212--you can be a happy, contributing person. If someone says yes, you're really fat what will you do? Go on a crazy diet?

I think you may need to consider getting some input from a professional if this kind of question is all that is on your mind. It's a big beautiful world out there, don't spend your days so self focused.

It is not fat by any scale. More exercise is always good for for everyone. You don't need to work-out real hard, just lite to moderate activities to maintain tone. Find something you like and do it for entertainment more than anything else.

It's not fat at all. You are at a very healthy weight for your height. Your body-mass index is 21.2, which is well within the healthy range of 18.5 to 24.9.

That depends on your frame. If you are medium to small, it sounds fine. My wife is 5'3" and weighs about 118 and she is perfect. If you are happy with yourself, why worry what others think.
