Just bought something called creamed honey. It's the consistency of hard butter & smells sour. What's wrong?

A good creamed honey should be smooth, not grainy, like velvet on the tongue. It should be a spread. It sounds like the creamed honey you bought has been frozen or has spoiled.

Creamed honey is good - it should not smell bad. Return it.

Was it made with sour cream? Just joking, taste it and see if it tastes sweet, If not, take it back for a refund or replacement.
