Without chaos there can be no order. Without chaos one can't learn the value of order. You cannot create order without chaos happenning first.

No.. not at all... it is Man's own fault that the world is in chaos...I mean there is a huge hole in the ozone... is it God's fault.. of course not.. we just dont know how to recycle..lol... but seriously, we are human not perfect, and when something goes wrong it is our fault... u know that concious that tels u not to do wron.. that's God... and it's our job to listen to it... but since most don't that' what causes so much chaos.. humans are probably the most stubborn and stupid speces in the world.. we kill and hurt our own kind for no reasons... not because of instinct.. but because we're humans... we kno better but we do bad things for ridiculous reasons... so is it God's fault bad things happen heck no!

How can those who don't believe God exists blame him for their mistakes? In order for a parent to have an effect on their child the child must believe in the parent's existence and then honor their parent's will.
I know some parents that do a great job of parenting, but their children are still disobedient. It's not because of lack of parenting, it's a result of poor choices.

God created everything in perfect order. Sin is the reason for chaos, and Satan is constantly trying to bring destruction and further chaos, yet God will eventually bring everything back into order. His plan for restoring mankind to his original design is that we would seek forgiveness through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

well people call god the father. and god hasnt divinely intervened in around 2000 years, (since time of jesus - was his last intervention). so if you neglect a child for some odd years, what happens? emotional/mental even physical damage is done? 2000 years later, and the world is such a mess? any correlation there?

to those of you who are answering no to this...if god created man, then don't you think god created man's ideas as well? or did god just create the body of man? and if that's the case who created the brain, where irrationalities and chaos come from?
supposidly the bible is what god would like man's ideas to be...god wants man to follow the teachings in the bible, so if you man has free will and a right not to fllow those teachings, then is it possible that (if god were real) he came after the creation of man, and just wanted people to do what he says?

No. In order to be parented, one must acknowledge his or her parent. It is mankind's refusal to acknowledge and love his divine parent that is the cause of mankind's chaos.
