I wish to do this so I can take advantage on the in district tuition, which is far less expensive than out of district tuition

Got one word for you - FRAUD.
That is illegal.

There is a reason that it is cheaper for residents of a particular community - they pay taxes and support that community.

If your institution finds out one way or another, you will get sued.

Careful what you sign, it will have those warnings in the fine print.

here is the catch, if your are not below 24 of age, not married, no kids, no parents alive (both mom and dad) then you can move to any state. You will need to get a residence, change drivers licenses and car registration to that state and have paid one year of taxes there. Now, if you are, then your parents will have to buy a house down there and pay taxes in the state for a year in order for you to receive the in-state benefits. good luck!

Is this what example Americans are setting ? An we want other countries to be like us.. Why would Americans expect an honest Government when their own ppl are dishonest. Or are you following your Governments example?
