I have't received my pink sleep.?

I bought my son's truck from alhambra dodge dealer in july 17,2006. and pay cash.
I haven't received my pink sleep so I call the dealer but they never answer my call.

First of all it is a pink 'slip', not sleep, and go to the dealer personally, if that doesn't work take your receipt and go to an attorney.
