It's a 2002 GMC Sierra 4x4. 16' wheels. Also without putting a lift on it.

265/75/16 will fit with no problems. 285/75/16 won't fit in the front without lifting the front.

A 265/75/16R wont rub on the inner fenders when you turn. You might be able to use 285/75/16R's but it might rub when you turn the wheel as far as it will go.

You shouldn't need to lift it for the 285s, but you might want to turn up the torsion bars for a little extra clearance
