They advised him not to take over Sudetland, Chechoslovakia and other conquests, but he over ruled them and won. Significant actions that he blew was the order the encirclement of Russian troops at Kharkov in 1941 when Moscow was there for the taking, the advance on Stalingrad (i don't need to detail that blunder), the 'last stand' order in many battles when a shorter line of defence was a better strategy, the decision to stop bombardment of radar and RAF airfields in 1940....instead switching to attacks on London/Coventry (just when he had RAF on its knees), decision to stop tanks long enough to allow BEF to escape with most of their men to Britain, decision to withhold Panzer reserves prior to Normandy (expecting an invasion at Pas de Calais), and i'm sure there are others. The Germans most likely would've won the war...but who knows for sure?

I AM NOT A HISTORY EXPERT, BUT FROM WHAT I KNOW I WILL GIVE YOU SOME OF HITLERS MAJOR FOIBLES AND LET YOU DECIDE. THERE ARE MANY FOIBLES, BUT FROM MY ESTIMATION THESE WERE THE MAJOR ONES THAT COST HIM THE WAR. BECAUSE THE GREEKS WERE ABLE TO DEFEAT THE ITALIANS HITLERS ARMIES WERE RE ASSIGNED TO ATTACK THE BALKANS AND GREECE, WHICH LED THEM TO ADVANCE IN RUSSIA IN THE FALL INSTEAD OF SPRING, WHICH BOGGED THEM DOWN IN WINTER AND LED TO THE EVENTUAL LOSS FOR THE EASTERN FRONT. THIS GAVE TIME FOR THE RUSKIES TO REINFORCE AND COUNTER ATTACK. BIG MISTAKE NOT TO LISTEN TO HIS GENERALS ON THAT ONE! ANOTHER FOIBLE, WAS THAT HIS LUFTWAFFE ATTACKED BRITISH CITIES INSTEAD OF TARGETING RADAR AND INTERCEPTOR BASES IN THE UK, ( AT WHICH TIME WERE FAR OUTNUMBERED BY THE LUFTWAFFE) (AIR SUPERIORITY WAS NOT ACHEIVED) WHICH PREVENTED A MARINE INVASION OF ENGLAND AND WHICH LED TO THE LOSS OF HIS LUFTWAFFE DUE TO THE REINFORCEMENTS FROM THE U.S. AND DESTRUCTION OF THEIR INDUSTRY AND, WOW BIG, BIG FOIBLE. THEN WHEN D-DAY CAME HE NEGLECTED NORMANDY BEACH AND DID NOT IMMEDIATELY REINFORCE THE REGION WITH ARMOR. FOIBLE, FOIBLE, FOIBLE. WELL, THAT LED TO HIS EVENTUAL DEFEAT AND ALL THE FREE WORLD GREATLY APPRECIATES IT. THERE MAY BE A COUPLE OTHER FOIBLES ESPECIALLY WITH ROMMEL, BUT I KIND OF FORGET ABOUT THAT ONE.

We can't rewrite history without changing the present.
Hitler was certainly mentally challenged, but some of today's leaders are just as bad.
