Well, if you have a bunch of little scars in the same area you could have them all cut out leaving one big scar. That would get rid of the large quantity of scars anyway.

lasers do not remove scars. dermabrasion can lessen their appearance. But it is considered cosmetic and not covered by most insurances. Scars are pretty much permanent, because they are the result of healing permanent damage to the skin.
