Jesus was the 'word of God'. Created as a miracle. A fact which not many modern day Christians believe in. Believing in Jesus means believing and doing what he had asked to do. Not just believing in a personality and doing the opposite. Like a son says to father "I respect you and believe in you, but will not stop meeting your enemy coz he gives me money". Does he ever believe.... No! A muslim cannot be muslim if he does not believe in Jesus as well as all other Prophets

No it is not insane to believe or not believe. It is just that, a belief. If you do not believe in Jesus, that's your right. And your right does not make you wrong. I may say someone is insane who believes the sky is not blue, but then again, maybe the person is sane and just color blind.

Let me first start off by saying this is a Q made in very poor taste.
People that don't worship mythological martyrs are no more insane then the Xtian who thinks everyone that doesn't join his cult will end up roasting in some chthonic pit for "all eternity".
Actually, the unbelievers are probably more in touch w/ reality to be fair.

When you say "don't believe in Jesus" what do you mean? Believing that Jesus existed or believing that he was the son of god? I believe that he existed and was a great man, but I'm not sure if he was the son of god since I have no proof. I think that makes me a logical, thinking person.

As a Taoist, I observe spiritual hygeine, applied study and meditation rather than religion as a path to enlightenment.
I cannot trust the Church to protect a truthful analysis of the life of Christ due to the multitudes of atrocities and conspiracies done in the name of civilization, power and cruelty by those who were in charge of creating and protecting the early Church... But that does not mean I don't believe in Christ, rather, I see Christ as a profound mystery which motivates me to further study, for Christ's alleged behavior was certainly in line with my own interests: compassion, healing, and understanding truth.
I feel this is the only sane approach to studying any history at all. One can meditate on a question, but if you believe too much in the answers you find, you are a fool. If you believe too much in somebody else's answers, you are a lazy fool.

For me I would say it depends on ~how~ they believe in him rather than if they do or if they don't. If they believe he was just a person living in an ancient land who was many years after his death put on a pedestal and idolized then I think you are perfectly sane. Now, Jesus being divine.. just the opposite.

I think that people who don't believe in Jesus are "lost". There are generational curses that lead them to the lives they live. If you have friends that do not believe in Jesus, you just need to pray that those generational curses break. Just keeping asking them to go to church with you. When you rebuke the devil and invite the Lord in - he will prevail.

No. Insanity is a malfunctions of the brain and it's ability to process information. Not a disagreement in belief.

Of course not. You can believe what you want to believe. People that blindly follow any religion (or no religion at all for that matter) should educate themselves, but they are not insane.
