Yes, and there is even a official (and free) tool from Apple: http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/
Apple Bootcamp allows to to install your desired flavor of Windows XP in a Mac-Intel.
But seriously, who in the world would to that? It's like replacing your car's engine with that of a lawnmover's. Ok, for testing purposes it's OK I guess, but you should rather go virtual when a version of VMware will be available for Mac OS X.

if your MacBook relies on the Intel chipset, then you quite could run the two MacOS or residing house windows. in case you upload some 0.33-celebration application, you are able to as properly run them the two on an identical time. Why would you desire residing house windows? properly, the only reason i like having it somewhat is for some very somewhat expert classes I would desire to run. Others would have a very super investment in residing house windows application they'd't only throw out. Others would want residing house windows. Vista has a firewall (as does XP). It has extra aggresive protection settings than its predecessors. a lot of human beings discover it fairly annoying and turn it right down to the place it is quite pointless. as far as virus subject concerns, Macs are not immune, yet they have constantly had a extra useful protection style than residing house windows from the beginning up. Vista is approximately as undesirable XP in this regard...you nonetheless would desire to have some 0.33-celebration virus protection to be fairly secure. the ultimate gadget i've got ever had for working residing house windows is my contemporary iMac. Apple somewhat went above and previous offering the mandatory drivers to make XP paintings good on Apple hardware.

Give up using Windows, and install Linux on your computer. Linux is immune to all viruses, malware, spyware and adware.

Linux is a complete operating system that is either free or very cheap ($10-$30) and comes bundled with a huge variety of free software.

The Linux desktop is amazingly flexible and customizable, and anyone who is used to Windows will soon feel comfortable with it - and shocked by how dull their old Windows system looks by comparison! For example, in Linux you can use up to twenty (yes twenty) separate desktop work spaces - Windows only gives you one.

Go to www.distrowatch.com to find out how to get all the popular flavors of Linux...

...then do an image search for Linux screen grabs on Google.

BE COOL - GET LINUX

I believe what you need is a software called bootcamp. Obviously, you can't run both OS at the same time concurrently, you will have to reboot one OS to the other.
