i have a burn on my chest and its quite small but skin has came off ,its quite sensitive and also stings a bit .the only thing is i feel discomfort when i excercise but do you think i should still excercise?

yes. If you were a jogger, or doing situps to have a nice stomach, would you stop doing that if you had a little burn?

Put a bandaid on it to make it less sensitive.

no reason why you cant exercise unless you have been advised by a doctor not to.

i'd put some savlon on it before and after the exercise to combat any possible infection.

No. I would wait until it heals completely. You don't want it to rip or anything. Just take it easy for a while.

no, I'd go to the doctor and get a note excusing you from gym until it gets better or else it will keep re-opening and never get better, and then you will have a scar.
