what is the perfact weight for someone that is 5 7 will it depends if u want to be perfect because not ever one it but is it a guy or a girl if it is a guy i would say umm 175 and a girl 125 i am not saying some one if fat iam just say i think it is around there so please do nto go out and think that i said that u r fat and go not eatting or gout and start pucking

It depends on your body frame and what "look" you want -- average or model thin?

The tried & true rule is 100 lb at 5 ft plus 5 lb for each inch (7 lb for men), but for models it's 100 lb at 5 ft plus 3 lb for each inch.

So, 5'7" could range from 121-135 lbs.

The medical profession says it is 100 lbs per 5 feet
and 5 pounds per inch after that....

I would say that is personal preference. As well as it would depend on your body type. Are you small framed or larger frame. Do you have big boobs or not? Are you muscular or athletic because muscle weighs more than fat. Its really what makes you happy.
