There aren't any jobs Americans won't do. If illegals were granted amnesty and all their other demands met, that we don't even get.....how long are they going to be doing those jobs? Then want? When they cap the welfare and start telling these people you can't have 35 people in a 2 bedroom house and you HAVE to have car insurance and legal documents and they are stuck with taxes and fines and everybody isn't looking the other way anymore......they won't do them either because you can't live off those wages. If you are thousands of dollars in debt for school loans, you can't live picking tomatoes a few months out of the year and survive and pay back the loans. They want a better life and they aren't going to want to settle either.

They have gotten away with doing things that most of us would have been thrown in jail for doing. They'd be yanking kids right and left out of our hands and putting them in foster homes if we did the stuff they do. It's not been any sort of level playing field because we have gone by the rule of law and they have not.

They are getting homes with false documents, no credit history, no savings..........ya....I'd like to see how far the rest of us get doing that. No accurate criminal records. Mulitple identies. Run for the border at the first sign of trouble. Have some "special interest" group foot the bill for your law suits while the rest of us have to do it on our dime.

It's been far from fair or close to equal footing. Same game, different rule book. There's always going to be someone to do those jobs. We don't NEED illegals to do them.

There aren't any jobs Americans haven't done and will do again for a livable wage.Its a fallacy perpetuated by the pro- illegals to try to add some creditability to their stand on illegal aliens.All of the jobs that illegals do, were done in the past by Americans.On the farms ,family and a few hired hands did the work,harvest crews would come to the areas and they would harvest the crops,all legal Americans.The fruit was picked the same way and by students wanting part time jobs to make money for school.
Our homes were built by Americans and so was all our construction.The problem now is the fact that the illegal will accept wages far below what it takes the average person that is legal, needs in order to take care of his family.We are use to a higher standard of living and wont live 20 people in a small one bed room apartment.Its not that Americans wont do the jobs its that they cant afford to do them because of the low wages that the illegal aliens will take. Illegal aliens are law breakers who do not deserve jobs, amnesty, educational subsidies, driver's licenses, and other benefits at the expense of U.S. taxpayers.Illegal aliens first should be encouraged to Go Home voluntarily and then humanely deported as the law requires. Once the public recognizes that jobs and benefits equal encouragement the public will truly press for the flow to cease. Amnesties for illegal aliens have clearly made the problem worse and should be vigorously opposed.

According to a new survey by the Pew Hispanic Center, illegals make up 24 percent of workers in agriculture, 17 percent in cleaning, 14 percent in construction, and 12 percent in food production. So 86 percent of construction workers, for instance, are either legal immigrants or Americans, despite the fact that this is one of the alleged categories of untouchable jobs.

Americans want to do jobs that they can afford to support their families. In the style we Americans are accustom to living. The want to do jobs with a Fair Living Wage!

We don't live 30 to a household and have 5 members collecting Welfare and benefits and working under the table like the illegal aliens.

That is an excellent question. The answer is that there are not any jobs that Americans won't do. This is a ploy by illegal alien supporters to attempt to legitimize the illegal population. In many areas of the country where there aren't large illegal populations these jobs still get done. If Americans won't do them and there are no illegals around, then who is doing these jobs?

Im not sure if they wont do them but a lot of these jobs illegals do are not jobs Americans necessarily "want" to do, even if minimum wage went up can you honestly say we would jump at the chance to clean toilets and do other peoples laundry when as Americans we should be qualified for so much more? Lets take homeless people for instance, sure, we could blame it on illegals for driving down minimum wage so low but if you're homeless and used to having nothing, wouldnt minimum wage, even as low as it is, be so much more than what they make now?? Same applies to American on welfare, theyre on welfare, not disability or social security, therefore they are able to work, no?!

The MAJORITY of us (there are always a few exceptions) will not sneak into another country illegally! We will not push illegal drugs! We will not prostitute our children! We will NOT kill somebody, then hide-out across the border like a coward! We will not molest little children! We will not rape dogs! We will not steal someone else's i.d.! We will not lie about our citizenship! We will not sponge off other taxpayers!

we won't do anything exploited immigrants do because they have driven the wages down to a record low. It's not the jobs we avoid, it's the slave wages.

When you have to contribute to society and pay your share, you can't afford to do it at those wages. If you simply don't give a crap about the society you are squatting in, then you have no intention of paying your share and can accept these wages.
