It really all depends what sort of first impression you want to give off; if you want to seem confident, be a little cocky and give her a first line that basically looks like you already know you are getting her number. If you want to seem more honest with a good personality, then say something witty and funny...

you could say one of the three following:
1. hey baby is that a ladder in your tights or a stairway to heaven.
(only works with girls who wear skirts i know I'm obvious)
2. Do you know god because it looks like he's missing an Angel right now.
3. Do you work in a museum cuz you'd make one fine display.
If these don't work try talking to the girls but remember some like cheek others are a little more difficult to please.
Women They are like a fine wine savor them and take you time.
