im soo stressed right now and am soo tired of it any ideas how to get rid of it all and relax?

im also 17 ..so that kinda rules out the sex part...might add to it by getting prgnant ya know...?

Laughter--- sex with someone you really like a lot--- music. Best of all, all three at once!
If you can't do that, go outside and look at the sky. Realize how small all your problems are in comparison to the universe--- and this too shall pass. Take deep breaths and know that in 10 years you'll never remember this day and what was bothering you so much.

Meditation is always good for the body and mind, but for some, it's just not enough. The best way to de-stress is to get physical. Either exercise or run or even take martial arts if you can. Trust me, the punching and kicking lets you push all of the frustration from your body.

you cannot get rid of stress, it is a fact of life. What you CAN do however, is change your response to stressors that you come in contact with. I use controlled breathing and meditation. There are many books out there on stress management, suggest you look some up to find what works best for you.

meditation.. you can do it standing.. sitting.. walking...

also diet.. green tea.. more water... imagination helps also..

meditation for the oxygen in the circulatory/respiratory system.... yoga helps.. stretching works wonders physically and mentally too.

green tea... just drink some.. get that blood a flowing again.

so on.

try to eat a diet that doesn't have much junk in it also will surely help you cope with stress too.

swing on a swing set! ride a bike....

do things you want to do when you can sure helps a helluva lot too.

1 way is to go out and buy a Play station then u buy a shooting game and that get rid of your stress really fast also u can like get a bunch aof stuff u dont want and take it in your back yard and beat the hell out of it

you need to work out it really help it gives you time to your self and helps you in so many more ways. all you need is 30 to 40 Min's a day or 3 times a week . just even if you all at a faster pace ride a bike any thing

breathe and pray. put in a movie or grab a book and curl up on a chair on on the couch .!!! hope everything gets better!!!

go have some fun... be spontaneous

if that doesn't work... do a combination of deep breathing, sex and alcohol
