Ive lost the sound on Goodmans 32" LCD?

Sound was ok but for some reason Ive lost the sound was originally running it with sky box, tried it with just ariel but still no sound, picture ok ?

Check to make sure you didn't switch
the monitor from TV to VIDEO.

ok simple check, plug in headphones if they work ok ,then you have switched speakers off somehow if they dont work set may be faulty, headphones plug into tv not sky box if you have a picture on screen sound should be there on headphones
