Hey Mavrick,

Try some of these sites, they should be able to help. Depending on your location.

With digital camcorders readily available, and computer editing/DVD burning commonplace, I would consider trying to find an interested person to do the project.
I would look at local filmmaking or cinema clubs, or put the word out at your church.

If your performance does not require too many camera angles, then even a neighbor with a *tripod* and camera could shoot the footage.

Another alternative is to run an ad in your local (not national or city) paper under "wanted."

I suspect that hiring a professional company will cost you more than buying a new digital camcorder and computer combined!

At one point I was managing a performance company, and a teacher at a community college approached us to see if her class could use our material to practice creating a DVD reel. We spent half a dozen weekends working with them as if we were real clients. In the end, everyone did their little bit of the assignment, but no one put it all together for us so we ended up with absolutely nothing to show for our time.
The moral of the story is: you get what you pay for.
(But some of the students offered to finish the job if we hired them and paid them for it.)
