do you have a gas leak or carbon dioxide detector are you taking any prescripts or other drugs did you drink alcohol and git up fast maybee its the chemicals in our food maybee chemicals you spray maybee your one shoe is wore down more than the other maybee others have told you things you just dont listen to what it is im not there are you being exposed to second hand smoke it could be anything i really dont like doctors but maybee you should go for a check up either with a regular doctor or an alternative one

You may have an inner ear infection. I get those all the time, and I get just how you described. Call your Dr for some ear drops to clear it. sometimes your ears wont hurt until the infection is way bad.. Trust me, tell your Dr about it. Good Luck

Have your blood pressure checked, and if you can check it when you are experiencing these problems do it, even if you have to go to a store with a B/P machine, make sure someone else drives if you are that dizzy.

you may have an inflammation of the balance organ, labyrinthitis...or it could be much more serious, like a stroke. Try decongestants and increased water if you dont plan to check with the dr.

Could be as simple as an ear problem or it could be blood preasue problem or even a sugar proble in any event be carful getting around -don,t want you to fall and hurt your self ,but you really just should see your doctor.
Also could be your eyes.
