Age is just a number. There are plenty of good relationships of this type. It's all about the two of you, not your age. I'd say, don't let this issue prevent what might be a wonderful relationship.

Age is nothing but a number. If you and him are on the same path in life, the there is no reason for it not to work. If you both want the same things, have the same outlook, then i don't see the age barrier being an obstacle to your relationship. The only time when an age difference such as this, plays a pivotal part is when the 2 people do not share the same outlook, and have conflicting desires/ambitions.

When i was 30 I married a 50 yo guy, the marriage did not work but age was not the reason for that. I feel I had much more in common with him than I have with guys my age.
Guys my age wanted to live together, have adventures, have children someday...
My husband wanted to get married, have a calm life and he had already had all the kids he wanted (I never wanted to have children). It is all about what you have in common and plans for the future and about what matches and what doesnt

For it to work it will have to be a very mature 23 and a somewhat immature 35 year old.
Because I have found that there's a big difference between the goals of a 23 year old and the goals of a 35 year old.

My husband is 50 and I am 36, we have been together 7 years, married for 3 of those. We get along better than I ever did with my ex husband and boyfriends, who were all my age. Go for it.

Yes, it will work. I am 43 years old, and my wife is 33 years old, and we could not be happier, and both of our famalies think that we are a very special couple.

well I was reading on monday..one of those celebrity magazine..and I read/saw pictures that nicohlas cage 40 yrs. is married to his chinese wife 22 yrs..and they have a baby together
so I guess so..
