For very fast and extremely versatile and tasty meals buy yourself a pressure cooker. You can make an entire corned beef and cabbage dinner for the whole family in under an hour. It is a fantastic way to cook and modern p/cookers are safe too.Saves more than two thirds of cooking prep time in most cases and even more in others.

okay get some steak whever kind you like turn the broiler on, get a can of alfredo sauce, cheap is okay and muscrooms broil steak until cooked like you want marinate with salt and peper, then after it's cooked on both sides over entire steaks with alfreado and muschrooms cook for a few more moments (low on broiler is best) not only will the steak be tender it's rememberable...if you like muscrooms, also easy

my guy loves it and while it's being broiled you can put a salad or microwave a potato or defrost veggies

aslo you can microwave a cake, use a cake mix, keep in a good tuperwear bowl or plastic then cook 4-6 minuets and a perfect moist cake too!! and it pops out of the pastic as well and a compleate meal

Homemade Mac N Cheese (soooo easy!!)

In a heavy sauce pan, melt 1/2 a stick of butter, then add 4 tablespoons of flour. Whisk it together for about 2 minutes on low heat so it doesn't burn. Then whisk in 6 Cups of Warm whole milk. Stir well to get rid of lumps. Add 1/4 tsp. of nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper. Cover and keep on low for about 10 minutes. DON'T ALLOW TO BOIL!!

In the meantime, cook 1 lb. of whatever macaroni you like. Strain the water out (don't rise!!!), and pour into a large bowl, or back into pasta pot. Add a couple tablespoons butter to the macaroni & stir to prevent sticking.

Take white sauce off heat and add 2 blocks of grated cheddar, or whatever type of cheese is your favorite. Stir the grated cheese into the sauce so it's melted & well blended. Pour over macaroni and stir together. Pour macaroni & cheese into a buttered 9X13 glass baking dish, then top w/ breadcrumbs & some grated parmesan, if you have it.

Bake @ 350 for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly.

Like I said, SOOOOO EASY!!!! Enjoy!

Ok...this is a winner......especially when it is cold outside.
I just take 2 cans of chicken breast ...in the meat section. Get a can of carrots...a bag of wide egg noodles, and 3 can chicken broth. Take half stick of butter....some garlic if you like and put in pot...wait until melted. Add chicken and carrots and 2 cans broth. salt and pepper to taste. wait until boils.....add extra can and wait until boils. add other half of butter and half bag of noodles....wait until the noodles are done...and BAM....chix noodle soup for the soul. I really like this variation around thankgiving....i just fix the soup but instead of the extra can of broth...use leftover gravy and then I use medium sized scoop and put a scoop of leftover dressing right in the middle of the soup.....OMG.....soooo yummy.
ENJOY!!
