When did illegal Immigration started?
How all those Millions and Millions of undocumented Immigrants crossed the inland or maritime borders?

Why do big corporations hire us ( I am an other undocumented Mexicano) ?
Why do big corporations need our cheap labor force?
Why do they need also, higher skilled workers ?
Why do they need Bilingual personnel?
Why do they need stronger and harder working persons than....you?

Why????????

I don't think most people have a problem with Immigrants. I think most people have problems with Illegal Immigrants. Those who break the law, knowingly, and continuously. Just because those who are Illegal have not been "caught", does not justify breaking the law. There is a process to become a citizen.

A business (it doesn't have to be a big corporation) has needs to hire employees, it will always chose to hire those at the lowest cost. So if the "illegal worker" was not available at a low cost, then the business would obviously have to raise the wage to attract the necessary workers. Cesar Chavez, a hero to many latino workers, was in favor of discouraging the flow of undocumented workers from flowing across the border. He knew it would lower wages for all.
I don't know why people argue that if there were no illegal immigrants, that no one would do those jobs. Someone did them before the illegals came, someone would do it if they were gone.

The system is at fault, yes, for allowing ILLEGALs into the country so easily. Corporations will always look for the cheapest labor, so that's no excuse for illegals. Illegals have no higher or better skills than US workers.. don't kid yourself. Illegals are used primarily for non-skilled work such as housekeeping, farm labor, and yes, some semi-skilled trades like roofing, construction, etc. The need for bilingual personnel is a farce. If you illegals would trouble yourself to learn English, you would fit in better, you would show a willingness to fit in, and we might tolerate you more. As for stronger and harder working people, don't flatter yourself.

All of your questions are just pitiful excuses. You are here illegally and should be thrown out on your butt. ALL illegals should go back to wherever the heck they came from, and if they want to come here to live, apply for citizenship legally. The key word with all of this nonsense is LEGALLY. You are ALL nothing but a collective drain on our country. Come back if and when you can manage to live by OUR laws. We already know that most of the sources of our illegal alien problems are back-woods, thrid world holes in the ground, like Mexico, for instance. Why don't you go debate your worthiness with, oh maybe, a judge or a cop, huh?

You have always cross the border illegally, the problem now is that it turned into an invasion of your citizens. The reason that big corporation hired you is because they could abuse you, exploited you, and pay you what ever they want. The big corporations need cheap labor because like that they make more money, low pay and no fringe benefits. When they need high skill workers they don't go to the illegal Mexicans, because you people are not educated. They need bilingual personnel in order to give you orders and keep you working. They don't consider you stronger or hard working people they consider you a mass of uneducated people that they could do what ever they want with you all. Another thing we the Americans don't blame the illegals but when they start demanding or disrespecting our citizens our flags, etc. then we have to attack, that's normal don't you think..That's all, Do you think that's honorable or shameful on your part and theirs. I think so..

We do blame the system completely. We don't blame immigrants for wanting a better life, thats where people are seriously mistaken. We do blame them for coming here illegally, and if our system were to be better then that wouldn't be happening. Until 9-11 the mass majority of US citizens could have cared less if immigrants (legal or non) were here. Unfortunately we have got to draw the line somewhere. So instead of blaming the American Citizens, because you can't fill out paperwork, try blaming Osama and his little helpers. Corporations and businesses who hire illegals are largely to blame. Personally I think if somebody wants to come to the US fine, come on over. BUT, they should do it legally its not only better for our system, but better for them as well. If someone is here, willing to work hard, and live within our societal norms they will thrive, which is the American dream. So why come here illegally and not be any better off then when you left your home?

I'll answer your questions in order than ask you one of my own.

Illegal Immigration started the same time as Immigration Services started.

Easy. With only so many people working the border, it's not too difficult to jump a border that is 1,951 miles long. If you have 200 people, that's roughly 9.75 miles per person. You look after that amount of land by yourself. Not to mention people that cross in the back of trucks, packed in crates, etc.

Big corporations require you have documentation to be hired. There's a form that you have upon being hired that you need at least 2 pieces of identification in order to be a employee. Ever see it?

Greed. That's the only reason that they need a cheaper labor force.

Higher skilled for what? Name one illegal immigrant practicing law, medicine, etc? You wash dishes, pick fruit, mow lawns, hold up the line at Wal-Mart... the list goes on.

They need Bilingual people because of you illegal immigrnats coming to this country that refuse to speak our language. You want to come to our country so bad, learn our language. It's the least you can do.

Mexicans are not stronger, as far as harder working, that is also up for dispute. I used to work in Irrigation and we had mexicans that worked with us, they took 3 hours breaks and it would take forever to get them back to work. So hard working... I worked 13 hours a day to make up for the 3 hours spent slacking off by the mexicans. I worked hard to get where I am today. Harder than you'll ever know. But I'm also not making $8 an hour.

And now my question for you...

If you want in so bad to this country, why not do it the RIGHT way, like my grandparents had to do, like most other countries immigrants had to and still have to do? What makes you the exception to the rule? You think that because you are the bastardized neighbor of this country the rules don't apply to you? And I bet you'll be the first to complain when the fence goes up and your people are SHOT for breaking the immigration law under zero tolerance. The rules apply to all people trying to come to America. Explain that to me. What makes you so special?

They want a cheap labor force. Business does. Not American people.
We have higher skilled people but again, they want CHEAP higher educated people. Business does. Not the American people.
The only reason they "need" Spanish speaking personal is because some Spanish speaking people WON'T learn English.
You're last statement was just sheer ignorance on your part.

I do blame the system for not enforcing the laws that are on the books. And the corrupt businesses. Trust me I will be dancing in the streets when their butts are hung as well.

I blame both...

The system for not enforcing the laws, securing the border and having reasonable immigration laws to deal the labor demand. I blame the Mexican (and other) goverments for making conditions in their country bad enough that people feel they need to enter the US illegally just to survive or make a decent living.

I blame the illegals since they are breaking the law.
I blame companies of all sizes who hire illegals.

Let's blame both. Sure, in corporate america "it's all about the money", but illegals coming in also know they are doing something wrong in the way they are coming into this country. it's the chicken and egg all over again, which came first? Both perpetuate the problem. Fixing the problem should involve both issues....stop illegals from entering AND heavily fine and bring criminal charges against businesses hiring illegals.

Why blame the system for each individuals choice? The system is not to blame for Jose crossing underneath a fence and walking miles through a dessert. Jose is responsible for that choice.
Are illegal aliens exempt from personal responsibility? As an adult I am responsible for each decision I make, not any system.

Don't pat yourself on the back too hard, now. The companies use illegal-I want to emphasis the word use-to make a bigger profit for themselves. If they hired legals and Americans, they would have to pay them at least minimum wage. It is not a matter of others not being physically able to do the work, it is just that with a legal/America, we have all kinds of taxes to pay that we can not afford to accept what they pay to illegals. Since illegals do not have to pay those taxes, they do not have that problem.

Yes illegals work hard but don't fool yourself; the moment the companies can get a robot to do the work, you will be history also. The companies only care about the bottom line.
