It is very possible that the temperature sensor is bad. When the engine is cold,it is not telling the computer that the engine is indeed cold and it is not going into cold enrichment for easier starting. The only way to know for sure is take it to a reputable garage and have them hook a scanner to your computer. They will know right away if the temp. sensor is bad or if you have another problem. Sounds like distributor cap or sparkplug wires. Both expand in size after being warmed and therefore if either one would have a small gap or crack it would allow moisture or air in which would cause starting problems.

could be a weak starter, or weak battery. fuel pump coul going bad. does it run fine after it is started? start with the battery.

antifreeze perhaps. check the levels.
also, throw in some winterizer in the fuel tank. it will coat the line and keep it flowing.
