Seriously....get another job. I have been working night shift for the past 5-6 years (bear in mind that my boyfriend own the shop so I don't hav to make excuses when I'm sick)
The fact that you are working night shift will play havoc with your immune system because you are not eating properly or sleeping properly.
The other thing you need to think about is the fact that you are on your last warning, the company you work for, like many others, do have the right to sack you if you take too many days off a year.
You could come up with the best excuse in the world and it still wouldn't work for you.

Do you work where I work?
I have been off because I haven't been able to walk or stand properly for weeks. I have had a very serious condition which nearly put me in hospital. I'm going back to work tomorrow and I'll be lucky to have a job after this. My supervisor doesn't even bother to say Hello. My team leader cannot even remember her staff's names. She only has about 6 people.
God I hope they don't know who I am but then who cares at the wage I'm on.
I've edited this bit now
I must add this on. I went back to work today and most of the people thought I had left. My supervisor didn't even ask how I was and I got told off off for something I didn't even do, again!!! When I tell my mates at work what happened they all starting laughing. My work place is a joke. The so called hierarchy think they are big people when they put us down. I laugh in their faces because all the staff know what they are like.
My return to work interview is tomorrow, another joke as they will give me the b**l*hit about taking too much time off work etc etc. How was I suppose to go to work when I couldn't even get out of bed.
Honey, I hope you feel better. Don't let them beat you

Go and see your doc and get signed off sick with depression and stress. It gives you a couple of weeks to then either find a new job or psyche yourself up to return to your old one. Once you have a sick note your employers have no choice but to let you have the time off. Good luck and hope you find something better soon!
