should there be a needle exchange program for drug addicts? do u agree or disagree.... why?

I totally agree. Because you can not completely eradicate the drug addiction problem. At least, you can prevent the spread of HIV and Aids thru the implementation of this Needle exhange program. That is clean needles should be provided to these drug addicts who use needles for their addiction. This program is actually in progress now.

Yes. It would greatly limit the rate of diseases that are passed along by dirty IV needles.
