Washing is good, but overdoing it will only result in more pimples. Avoid touching your face (especially after eating anything oily!), and if you moisturize (which you probably don't) try cutting back on it some. There are also products out there you apply topically that will help pimples heal quicker. Want to know something really weird? Toothpaste works wonders! Just dab a little bit on each spot before bed..it dries them up nicely.

The doctor put my daughter on the pill, but I don't think that would be a good idea for you. She also used retin-a gel which you can get from the doctor, it helps prevent skin marking. I was prescribed a sulphur based liquid which dried up my oily skin, but I suppose that's old fashioned now.
Hope it soon clears up, at least they don't last forever.

Sometimes you just have to be patient & wait for spots to go. If you keep touching it a lot you may be giving it more germs. Try leaving it alone & it should disappear by itself in a few days.
