Are terriers and cocker spaniels good with people who have dog allergies?

Excuse my spelling.

No dogs are hypo-allergenic!

It really depends on what exactly you are allergic to. Some people are allergic to dander, some to fur, others to saliva.

Most terriers and cocker spaniels do shed, so would not be good for people with fur allergies. And since they shed their skin more often (every 3 - 4 days), they would be worse for people with dander allergies.

Exactly. No such thing as hypo allergenic ANYTHING. I have terrible allergies to cats and dogs, and I really wanted a cat, so I got a rex which was supposed to be hypo allergenic. WRONG. Had to give it back a week later.

Well I now have 2 dogs, and they really got my allergies going. I had tried everything in the book for my allergies and nothing worked. A few weeks ago I went to the doctor and they prescribled me Zyrtec-D and some hepa filters. Guess what.....NO MORE ALLERGIES! It's a miracle I swear.
