flash player?....please help!?

im tryin to go on sites like youtube.

never had a problem b4 but now its sayin i need to upgrade to flashplayer 8.

tried this a thousand times and it says it downloaded succesfully but on the sites its still sayin i need to upgrade.

please can any1 help me with this problem?

download.
install.
close your browsers.
restart / open your browsers.

if you are still failing to see the new videos, then something is wrong with the plugin.

download it manually
