my hubby was RAN over by a 17 year old running a stopsign and all she got was failure to yield. he was in a wheel chair for 2 months and in extreme pain. her ticket was 100 bucks!!!

By bad drivers I mean people who get in their car and use as weapons. have no consideration for others

Depends on the definition of a bad driver. You are referring to a new driver that panicked. A bad driver should be considered one who continually speeds, runs lights, runs stop signs, has multiple accidents, etc. Not a one-time event.

Look both ways before crossing a street. Pedestrians do have the right of way, but you do have to look both ways. Obviously he saw her coming and was too proud to stop. She, being a beginner, fumbled and now he's in pain. The actions were justified. Take proper precaution in all areas of life.
