As long as a can is not bulging at the top and bottom, dented as this can cause an undetected hole in the can, and it smells okay when you open it, it should be okay. The storage warehouses where they keep things like this are at least this temperature.

I don't know. I would eat it because it has no meat. Think of it as it was just heated up. I left a carton (12 cans) of Progresso Chicken Noodle soup in my car in the summer and I dread throwing it away now. It is so much soup and ye t to me it seems gross. It is winter now and it is still in my car.
I would not worry about the Tomato Soup though.

Assuming there are no bulges on the ends of the can, which would indicate contamination with an anerobic gas producing bacterium, theoretically the contents have been pasteurized, and good to eat. However, be sure to wash the lid with soap and water before opening.

Perfectly safe. Cans can take just about anything. If the can is bulged or if it hisses loudly when you open it, then I'd toss it... but even if it does any of that, it's probably not from being left in the car. I'm anal about canned goods... I won't buy dented cans (I check them thoroughly before purchase), etc... but yeah... you'll know if its' bad when you open it. Being exposed to heat shouldn't hurt anything though.

Yup. When it is en route to the grocery store, it spends a lot of time in a truck that gets hot, cold, hot again, etc... It will be fine. Just make sure the can isn't dented! I never eat anything from a dented can.

Yes, it is safe. Canned goods are initially cooked in the can as part of the manufacturing process.

It's OK if the can isn't bulging at the seams. It's probably been worse temps during shipping. If it's bulging, toss it immediately.
