I think you are confusing two songs. In Carnival 2003, these hits came out:
*Trini to de Bone - David Rudder
*Music in We Blood - Anslem Douglas - Composed by Len Boogsie Sharpe - Len is mostly known for his pan arrangements and this one was in fact used extensively at Panorama. His pan yard - Phase II - came in 3rd with thier rendition of it.
