Favorite place....Rome Italy, Via Monte Testaccio!!! a.k.a. party ave. i think it is every single womans duty to go there before they think about settling down with anyone.
I loved italy, i mean every place has its goods and bads but the one thing america lacks and italy has is a deep appriciation for their history. i mean they have buildings and ruins from B.C. yet America has preservation societies fighting to keep buildings from 1934. very sad. I can say Italy has horrible hospitals! lets just say when i got sick over there i decided my odds were better to prescribe my own medicine at the local farmacia then to be seen by their dottore. LOL

italy is a microworld.. there are a lot of very different places, nearly all baeutiful...
italians are very strange, that-s because they-re so funny!! I will tell you one thing.. when they are in italy and there isn-t any football competition (the world cup make the national proud come out), they are always complaining about their nation, but when they are abroad they become really patriots...

I like Oriveto. It is a very unique town.
As for what I do not like about Italians.....nothing except they are not patriotic enough. It is a shame.

All the small towns of Umbria/ Tuscany.
As to what I don't like-
the frequent announced strikes,
the volatility of taxi drivers and drivers in general...

Things dont work in Italy, like evevators and such
trains are late or do not run, there are black outs for no reason.
The food is OK, but to get good food you have to go to a nice place, I am from NY and the food is better here. did have one great meal though
Italy is just run so poorly, the cabs trying to rip you off is so annoying.
great place to see stuff but it is so annoying
