for girls:
13-14 years -2200 kkal
15-18 - 2000
19-50 - 1900
51-64 - 1800
65-older - 1600
and if you're sport active, or you live an active life add to it 500 kkal.
i typed it from a book that i have with calories and the one i always use.

It depends on your activity level. If you are somewhat active. Multiply 13 by your body weight. Eat that many calories.
Make sure you are eating "good" calories

Definitely depends on your activity level. No less than 1300, (that would be for a couch potato, or someone who was overweight/obese and trying to lose a lot of weight. Definitely no more than 2,000 calories, if you're pretty active.

I saw on CNN today that Kristie Alley was eating 8,000 calories a day. Don't eat that much.

Ask your doctor. I was not given an amount to eat, so I will sometimes eat 7500+ kcal a day.
