It only occurs when I am trying to view my videos on the Snapfish site. However, when I try and view them on my computer or on say You Tube it is okay. When I do view it on Snapfish, the audio is messed up and there is no graphic picture. Please help me!

The videos are MOV format videos.

they convert the files to take up less space,
I think they use shockwave flash.
the codec is the "language" the movie is written in ,
error downloading it means, that it is not availbe from microsoft,
I think it is flash, try updating your flash player.....
Or if you can determine what codec they are now recorded in....

windows media player is made by microsoft.
the MOV file is a file type of quicktime. quicktime is manufactured by Apple.
in order to view these files on this site you have to download quicktime or realplayer and have to set them as your default internet viewing program

Try using VLC (VideoLan Client).. it is far better and has lots of inbuilt codecs.. download the same from:

go to the website http://www.codecpackguide.com/klcodec.htm and download the codec pack and install it.You should'nt face any problems after that.
