i own a repair shop,and it sounds like it has a brake rotor that is bad on it,and they,ll do this when you turn the wheel sometime,the only other thing that will cause it is a bad wheel bearing ,bit id say yours is a bad rotor ,id take it and have it checked out and see what they say about it and then go from there,it may be something that needs repaired now,and it could become a safety issue if not repaired,good luck i hope this help,s.
