Save up the money and go for an electrolysis treatment. It will save you all the hassle of repeated treatments and embarrassments.
The best option in the meanwhile is threading, very small hair can be removed by a skilled person. Waxing is good but you need to wait for the hair to grow out. These two treatments make the hair grow out softer. Hair minimizing creams are also effective, so you could try a combination of that with threading or waxing

I didn't actually look at the pics because i was too scared to view an overly hairy man but personally a lot of hair is a turnoff. Its okay if you have some chest hair as long as it isn't like austin powers. also, leg hair is fine no matter how intense it is. Arms are okay too but back is a little weird. You could get your back waxed but its up to you. Im sure there must be some women who don't mind it. As long as you keep your pubic area nicely shaped and trimmed i don't think women are gonna care intensely.

Use Nair facial hair remover for sensitive skin. I swear by it for my tash!! Its just a little pot with brush attached and it lasts a good few weeks - doesnt grow back thick or excessive.
Its painfree too (Bonus) ... apply it on a night when you are not planning a night out as it does leave your upper lip a little but red though.

Personally, I swear by the threading method. Its kind of like waxing only not high tech, but still an amazing wonder-feat. The person takes a piece of thread and loops it around her fingers and the other end she holds in her mouth and she just takes the 'stache off. For me, I only go back like twice a month if Im very eager and not lazy, but once a month works as well. Also get my eyebrows done :)
Though one thing, it does hurt...but after a while you'll adapt to it and it'll be normal :)

I'm Italian too so I have the same things. Dark hair everywhere! Sometimes I feel gross but hey, it's all good. Anyway, I use the hair minimizing cream and it seems to work really well for me. I think you'll find that if you splurge on the laser treatments when you've saved up, it will be way worth it because there won't be any more worries about it and you'll save money from not having to buy bleach and creams and you'll save yourself embarassment too. Just a thought.

sally hansen makes a "stache" cream that you appply with a brush much in the same fashion as nail polish...leave on three minutes and wipe away...its not waxing, plucking, or shaving but releasing the hair from the follicle so you wont have a problem with grow back thickness...this product is likened to nair

Have you looked into lazer hair removal? I also have dark facial hair and thinking of getting it done. Once it's done no more waxing, bleaching, plucking YEAH!

I would talk to an electrolysis and let them know your financial dilemma.. and let them have a look at the upper lip hair.
FIND the money! Eventually the hair will never grow back with the help of an electrolysis!!!!
It is WORTH IT... DO IT!!!!!

Actually, it is a myth that hair grows back thicker if you shave or wax it off. Save up and get electrolysis, wax in the meantime. Bleaching is a waste of money.
